APPROACH
Are you planning  to build a house but don’t know how to begin ? Have you bought or are you going  to buy a building for conversion ? Do you want to make alterations in the existing building ? Make an appointment with an architect.
The first thing a good architect always wants to do is to establish   the needs of an investor.
In our case together with the client we create a document called “needs and requirements" which clearly defines what the client expects from us. After creating such a document we can start the process of design preparation until the completion of a project.

THE ROLE OF AN ARCHITECT / CLIENT - ARCHITECT RELATIONSHIP
During the complex design process the architect remains in touch with the investor.
Thanks to frequent meetings we keep the client updated  with the design process.
That’s why it is so important to choose the architect who can be trusted and who we can easily communicate with.

FEASIBILITY STUDY
It is absolutely essential  to clearly set out all the rules   at the beginning of the design process. Individual projects differ not only in terms of architecture, but also in terms of  necessary administrative steps.

At the beginning we learn the wishes and requirements of the client, in order to determine what steps should be taken to meet them. We take into account financial constraints, technical obstacles and administrative barriers. It is good to be prepared for those to overcome them more effectively.

Once we have determined all the limitations and requirements, we can devise a schedule for the various stages of the project and set about working on it.

DESIGN  STAGES
Designs differ, also in terms of the scope of work. We can differentiate  the following design stages:

  • functional utility program
  • conceptual plan
  • cost estimates for investors
  • construction design
  • execution design
  • designer’s supervision
  • interior design
  • garden design, landscape design, urban design
